Gym plan, run plan, and nutrition that actually talk to each other. Last night's sleep automatically adjusts today's training.

The problem
The hybrid athlete is completely underserved. Every good app handles one discipline in isolation. None of them talk to each other — which means you're left manually balancing decisions a system should be making for you.
MyFitnessPal / Cal AI
Nutrition only. No idea what your training load looks like this week or how to adjust your macros around it.
Strava / Runna
Run tracking only. Doesn't know you squatted heavy yesterday and have nothing left in your legs today.
Hevy / Strong
Gym logging only. No concept of running volume, recovery balance, or how a long run should change tomorrow's session.
Whoop / Oura
Excellent sleep data. But it tells you to rest — it doesn't actually adapt your plan or explain what changes and why.
The result
You're switching between four apps mid-session, making your own judgement calls, and hoping the whole system balances out. It usually doesn't. Trinity is built to solve this — one system, three pillars, all connected.
How Trinity works
Train
AI-generated plans built around both modalities simultaneously. Heavy leg day never falls within 24 hours of your long run.
Fuel
Your entire week's nutrition derived from a single, simple ingredients list. No exotic items, no single-use purchases, no waste.
Sleep
Log your sleep and Trinity adjusts tomorrow's session automatically — with a plain-language explanation of every single change made.
Trinity in action
"You slept 5.8 hours last night and have a hard interval session today. Trinity has reduced your session volume by 20% and shifted your interval run to Saturday post-rest day. Here's what to eat today to support recovery."
The founder
A few years ago I was in a serious motorcycle accident. Over a dozen fractures — tibia, spine, pelvis. I had to relearn how to walk from scratch.
The injuries ended my plan to join the RAF. But they gave me something else: a genuine appreciation for what a working body can do, and a determination to make the most of it.
I lift, I run, I track everything — and I found that no app was built for someone doing both seriously. Every good tool handles one thing. None of them talk to each other. So I built one. I still have metal rods and plates throughout my body. I am still training. Trinity is what I use to do it.
